WARRANTY POLICY
Products purchased from SilverLiningOpticians.com are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. All products must be evaluated by Silver Lining to determine if the damage is due to a manufacturer’s defect. If the product is evaluated and determined as defective, the product will be repaired or replaced. If a style or color is no longer available, a similar style or color will be substituted at no charge.
Scratched lenses, breakage during alteration, or normal wear and tear are not considered a manufacturer’s defect.

RETURN POLICY
RETURN REQUESTS FOR PURCHASES MADE FROM SILVERLININGOPTICIANS.COM MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. In order to make a return request, please contact our customer service team via our Contact page and select “Return” from the “Submit A Question Here” prompt.

Please note that prior to returning any product, a return authorization (RA) number must be obtained from our customer service department. Any product returned to Silver Lining without an RA number clearly visible on the outside of the packaging will be refused.

Returns must be in “like new” condition as determined by Silver Lining and MUST NOT BE WORN, ADJUSTED FOR FIT, OR FITTED WITH CUSTOM AND / OR PRESCRIPTION LENSES. All frames must be returned in their original packaging.
